photos-mcp drafts Instagram posts from photos you choose in Google Photos.
No account or sign-in is needed to read this page.
Privacy policy
How it works
- You open the Google Photos picker and select the photos for a post. photos-mcp receives only
the photos you select there. It cannot browse, search, edit or delete anything else in your
library.
- An AI assistant suggests a caption, and photos-mcp crops the photos to Instagram's formats
and removes location and camera metadata.
- You review every draft. When you approve one, photos-mcp adds the finished images to an album
called "Instagram drafts" in your Google Photos, and you post them to Instagram yourself.
Why it asks for access to your Google data
- See photos you pick in the Google Photos picker, to prepare the post from
them.
- Add photos to an album it creates, to deliver the finished images to your
Google Photos.
- Your email address, to confirm which Google account is connected.
Your data is used only to prepare posts you approve. It is never sold, shared or used for
advertising. Picked photos are deleted after 7 days and drafts after 30 days. See the
